Joanne Zager, Ph.D (New York State Licensed Psychologist)
Are you experiencing anxiety, depression or confusion? These feelings may be a result of trauma, abuse (verbal, physical, or sexual), relationship problems or sexual identity issues.
Collaboratively, I will help you to identify and resolve your concerns. I work with adults and families. Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people are my specialty.
All phases of transition can be addressed with my transgender clients who are transsexual, crossdressers or intersex including undecided, pre/post sex reassignment surgery and hormones.
I am a NY state licensed psychologist in private practice. My cognitive behavioral approach is supplemented with guided imagery, EMDR and hypnosis.
